As elsewhere in California, the San Gabriel Valley is host to a huge number of dance clubs, many of which feature Latin music, and many which play a big mix of sounds that will hold some appeal for everyone in your group.
For more senior-specific dance spots, the city of Arcadia has special events all year long to keep you entertained and active.

The Pasadena Senior Center hosts weekly on-going classes. Choose your favorite from their long list of possibilities.
Club 54 – There are three distinct levels to this venue, and there’s different music playing at each one of the levels. You can enjoy salsa and other Latin music on one floor, and go to another level to dance to hip-hop, Old School, and other booty-poppin’ music. The cover charge is a reasonable $15, and the drinks are relatively inexpensive, with people enjoying a relaxed dress code that doesn’t exclude anyone. A very exciting venue with a good variety of entertainment for all your friends.
REmixx Night Club – This venue is considered one of the premier night clubs in the area, offering VIP seating, bottle service, and a sound system which is literally state-of-the-art. The very entertaining DJ’s play music to accommodate all tastes, including salsa, bachata, cumbia, reggaeton, EDM, Merengue, Punta, and hip-hop. The lighting system is also brand new and is strategically setup to add to the evening’s enjoyment, highlighting some dancers and adding to the party atmosphere of the place.
Lindy Groove – If you’re a fan of swing dancing, this is the place for you. For more than a decade, the owners have featured swing music at Lindy Groove, and the venue has become something of a legend in the San Gabriel Valley, attracting visitors from all over the country. You can take swing lessons to get yourself up to speed with the dance style, and then get out on the floor to dazzle everyone. Lessons are always over by about 8:30 or 9:00 p.m., and that’s when everyone gets to socialize, dance to some swing music, and enjoy themselves tremendously.
